Frequently Asked Questions

Can you give me a brief summary of the admission process?

We encourage family members and loved ones to schedule a tour of the location at a time most convenient for them. A completed application and a deposit are required to place a name on the waiting list. When a vacancy that meets your unit size becomes available, we will start the admission process.

We are affordable housing for seniors. The financial options will be discussed with you, in detail, when you meet with our Admissions Director. Each resident will have their own private studio, studio alcove or one bedroom apartment. They are available in market and low income catagories. We are proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider.

Are there financial options available to veterans and their surviving spouses?

The Veteran Administration's Aid and Attendance Pension is a wonderful program for our veterans and their surviving spouses. The maximum monthly amount for the pension in 2015 is $1,149 per month for a surviving spouse of a veteran, $1,788 per month for a single veteran and $2,123 per month for a veteran with a spouse. The pension for a well veteran with an ill spouse is $1,406. Partial awards are also granted.
