| Christopher Heights of Webster Celebrates 7 Years |

Press Release: August 4, 2006 For over seven years, Christopher Heights of Webster has been providing a place to call home for many seniors in our community. At Christopher Heights, we pride ourselves on our ability to cater to the needs of our residents and families, both physically and emotionally. Our goal is to provide a clean, caring and uplifing atmosphere, where each resident's rights, dignity and individuality are treated with the utmost repect. We accomplish this by dedicating ourselves to the physical, mental and emotional welfare of those entrusted to us, and by working to enhance each individual's personal development to the fullest. For the active senior, social life abounds with a full program of activities such as regular exercise, games, cards, music programs, weekly worship services and many shopping trips and outings. We provide common areas to be enjoyed by all, including a lobby, living room with fireplace, country kitchens, TV room, card room, sundry store and a beauty salon. Residents enjoy private apartmens with kichenette and bath, furnished with their own treasured possessions. Our 7th year gift to our residents is the continuation of our walking path. We can now very easily walk all the way around the building on a cement walkway, with access from the front of the building and also off the back patio. The walkway is accessilbe for walking, walkers, and wheelchairs. We are very proud to have served the needs of this area for seven years.
