Christopher Heights Marlborough Time Line

We are proud to announce that construction is progressing on  Christopher Heights in Marlborough, MA..  This is our fourth community in Massachusetts with other locations in Worcester, Webster and Attleboro.

The new building , located at 99 Pleasant Street,  is the site of the former Frye Boot Factory, and is designed to resemble the many great Victorian summer homes built along the coast of New England in the late eighteen hundreds.  There will be a fire-placed living room, a library, activity room, country kitchens, a pub and a beauty salon in addition to  community and administrative space . 

The 83 private apartments in this rental community will each have a kitchenette and bath, and will be furnished with each residents own treasured possessions. Our lease program can include all basic services.  Christopher Heights offers an affordable option for seniors, and these options will be discussed with you individually as we approach completion and occupancy time.
